STEERING OF ROAMING VENDOR PERFORMANCE RESEARCH BEGINS 2020

London 19/02/2020 ROCCO’s 134th Research project is on the performance of Vendors offering Steering of Roaming solutions to Mobile Operators. We are now running this research every two years. In this survey, MNOs get the chance to give feedback, endorse, or simply give thoughts on the SOR Vendors they know in the industry as well as give feedback on SOR processes and its evolution in general.

SOR products have evolved in the last 10 years, with the emergence of hybrid solutions and tools which can provide more precise targeting of subscriber and service types. With 5G Roaming, this steering methodology will be core to ensuring the right customers, be they IoT devices or consumers get to the right QoS on the right network.
