The following page outlines all of the terms and conditions for the different products available for purchase on roccoresearch.com. For ease of use, all of the terms and conditions and have been included on one page. However, on purchasing the produce you agree to the terms and conditions pertaining to that product:

ROCCO Research Reports

The Roaming Consulting Company Ltd having its registered address at 8 Alison Garth, Hedon, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU12 8LW (“ROCCO”), conducts research/ surveys in the Telecommunications and Roaming arena.

Recent research was conducted in the form of a survey and ROCCO is offering for purchase Reports based on our research. Reports are a comprehensive version of the Survey Results with detailed analysis of the results of the survey. They are also manufactured without surveys from the research conducted in general by ROCCO as a research company.

The Terms of Use below are created to ensure that the party in Receipt of the Report is in compliance with their use according to the requirements of ROCCO. By purchasing the report, and clicking you accept the terms and conditions, the company and its employees (“Receiving Party”) hereby agree to:

  1. The “Receiving Party” is in receipt of one single, non-exclusive license for Strategic Analysis Reports and/ or Stategy Reports and/or Market Pricing or Market Intelligence Reports and shall take all reasonable measures to safeguard the Reports, including without limitation all measures that it takes to protect its own Confidential documents or Information.This license shall commence on the date of the acceptance of these Terms of Use and shall remain in effect for one year as of the date of the acceptance.
  2. The Receiving Party may disclose the Reports only to those of its employees, directors, subcontractors and consultants who have a direct need to know the Reports solely for business purposes. The Receiving Party is also entitled to show, cite or refer to the Reports in marketing to third parties as applicable.
  3. However, the Receiving Party shall not make copies, record, reproduce, alter, duplicate or permit the duplication, transfer in any form (electronic or otherwise) and/or by any means or in any other manner use any of the Reports in favour of third parties, without prior written consent of ROCCO. Said undertaking shall entail not distributing, modifying, adapting, imitating, translating, transmitting, retrasmitting, leasing, renting, loaning, selling, reselling, sublicensing, reselling for profit, copying or imitating part or all of the design, layout, or look-and-feel of the Reports, creating derivative works based upon or network the Reports and/or any part thereof nor the right to use or to access the Reports, or in any way removing, obscuring, or creating in any manner a misrepresentation or confusion among users with respect to the Reports. Moreover, each Receiving Party shall notify ROCCO immediately if it becomes aware that Reports have been disclosed to, or is in the possession of, any unauthorised person.
  1. The Receiving Party shall not use ROCCO’s name or marks in any campaign or other public disclosure without prior written consent of ROCCO. The Receiving Party will not assign, novate, sub-contract or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of ROCCO.

These Terms of Use shall be binding on any successors of the Receiving Party. The Receiving Party shall have no right to assign its interests in these Terms of Use to third parties, unless the prior written consent of ROCCO is obtained. The failure of ROCCO to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of ROCCO’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of the Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms of Use, and without further action by ROCCO to these Terms of Use, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable.

The Reports are protected by GDPR laws data protection laws of the UK and the intellectual property rights of ROCCO. Respondents take part in ROCCO’s surveys in good faith and provide perspectives on the use of services by third parties (e.g. providers or vendors of the industry).

The data provided for the Reports are provided purely by respondents and in no way ROCCO has a direct or indirect influence on respondents’ answers. ROCCO is not liable for the perceptions provided by the respondents, neither for the actions resulting from the interpretation of the Reports.

ROCCO does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any perception offered by third parties within the Reports; any deal or action that the Receiving Party may take with third parties and that are referred in the Reports are at the sole risk of the Receiving Party.

The Receiving Party will be solely responsible for any decision or direction taken with regard to the content of the Reports.

ROCCO does not assume any liability for any use or misuse of the Reports. In no event shall ROCCO, its officers, directors, consultants, employees, partners, licensors, or suppliers be liable to the Receiving Party or to anyone else for any special, incidental, direct or indirect, consequential damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of profits.

ROCCO creates these Terms of Use to ensure that it may produce multiple copies of the Reports and thus recover its costs for creation, delivery and publication of the Survey Results and overall Research function it is performing for the industry. Failure to meet these obligations will result in breach of this agreement and a ban on the sale of all future Reports to the Receiving Party.

Should the Receiving party wish to purchase additional copies of the Reports they may do so at a reduced cost through ROCCO. Bulk purchases of licensed Reports for other parties is possible for example where a Provider wishes to send, distribute or share results with a client or potential client.

All data provided by the Receiving Party to ROCCO in producing the Reports is for ROCCO internal use only and will not be shared with third parties.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Either Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and, for these purposes each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between ROCCO and the Receiving Party with respect to the access or the use of the Reports and supersede any prior agreement between the Receiving Party and ROCCO on such subject matter.

ROCCO welcomes any ideas, suggestions or proposals on the Reports. However, if the Receiving Party submits feedback to ROCCO, ROCCO may use it for any purpose without any compensation to the Receiving Party.

The Receiving Party may not use the Reports if it does not agree to these Terms of Use. The purchase of the Reports is irrevocable and no refund whatsoever will be made by ROCCO. The Receiving Party may accept the Terms (a) by selecting “I agree” to these Terms of Use, or (b) from our website by purchasing the Reports or (c) by contacting us directly, (d) or using the Reports in any way.

ROCCO Vendor Directory and Listings

The ROCCO Vendor directory is a service that ROCCO offers on its roccoresearch.com website with the purpose of allowing MNOs and Vendors finding each other.

Below are some important points of interest and conditions related to the vendor directory and its use:

  1. ROCCO is a neutral company: We do not endorse or support any specific Vendor. We offer the above information to support MNOs and Vendors in finding each other and providing a definitive list of Vendors.
  2. ROCCO is not responsible for any of the data provided on the websites of the suppliers listed in the vendor directory.
  3. ROCCO is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided on the directory. ROCCO offers both paid and free options so that companies can ensure the information is accurate themselves and still avail of this service.
  4. If a vendor does not wish for their company to be listed on the ROCCO vendor directory then they should email hq@rocco.group to request it be removed.
  5. All new vendor listings and edits (both free and paid upgrades) will be revised by ROCCO in order to ensure accuracy and that they fit with the ROCCO standard.
  6. ROCCO reserves the right to alter or eliminate vendor listings if it does not feel they are correct, or if they go against ROCCO standard.
