It’s been an interesting 5 months of research into the Roaming and Interconnect Vendors. MNOs all over the world have voted and one day remains of the survey incase you want to give your feedback.

In the modern world, customer service remains one of the most important factors in the delivery of services. Especially when MNOs have a choice of Vendors and we are happy to note that MNOs have many opinions and comments about how it works in our Industry.

MNOs who take part will receive an Executive Summary of the results, and the leaders including the top 5 Vendors for Customer Service will be communicated on Monday 6th June.
