DO YOU WANT TO CREATE A NEW LISTING, OR CLAIM AN EXISTING LISTING?

On our vendor directory, we have created over a hundred different vendors. Before doing anything, you should check there to see whether your vendor already exists or not. If it exists then please click “How to claim an existing listing?” and if not, click “How to create a new listing”:

How to claim an existing listing?

1. Firstly, check if a listing already exists for your company. You can do this by going to the vendor directory and searching for the vendor by name or product/service. If one does not exist, then please follow the instructions for “How to create a new listing”.

2. Click on the actual listing to go to it’s listing profile page.

3. On the top right of the page, click on a small flag icon which will say “Is this your ad?” when you hover over it.

4. Log in
  • Already registered: Type in your username and password, and hit “log in”. If you can’t remember your credentials click on “Lost your password?”
  • Need to register: Click on “Register” and follow the instructions given.
5. Once logged in, you will need to repeat steps 1-3 above.
6. In the text box provided, please describe who you are and provide us with information as to how we can ensure that you own the listing.
7. Click on “send claim”
8. You will see a notice saying “Listing was claimed successfully!”
7. A member of the ROCCO team will revise your listing. If all is ok, we will then approve the claim and you will be informed.

8. Once the claim has been approved you can:

A) EDIT THE INFORMATION

  • In order to edit the information of a listing once it has been claimed you should go the vendor directory and search for the listing.
  • Click on the listing to go the listing page, and then click on the pencil in the top right of that page.
  • Edit the information and click on save changes.
B) UPGRADE TO A PAID ACCOUNT
  • In order to go upgrade to a paid account, go to your vendor dashboard.
  • Beside the listing, click on the word “Free”
  • Under Choose a level, select the paid option
  • Click Change level
  • Complete the different sections, read the terms & conditions and accept, click on submit new vendor.

Want to submit a new listing?

2. On the vendor directory page, click on the SUBMIT NEW LISTING button.

3. Click submit on either a FREE or PREMIUM listing (See below for more information about the difference)

4. Log in
  • Already registered: Type in your username and password, and hit “log in”. If you can’t remember your credentials click on “Lost your password?”
  • Need to register: Click on “Register” and follow the instructions given.
FREE LISTINGS:
5. Fill out the vendor information:
  • Listing Title – This is the name of your vendor
  • Description – Please write information about your vendor
  • Website URL – Please type in the full url for your vendor. (e.g. https://roccoresearch.com)
  • Product & Services – Please click on the area(s) that your vendor offers.
  • Head Office Location – Example: Sydney, Australia
  • Year Founded – Example: 1998
  • No. of employees – Select the option that best describes your vendor.
  • Listing location – Type in the adrees in the bar. Similar to google maps, it will start to generate options as you type. Please click the best option and click generate on the map.
  • Read the terms of service, and click agree.
  • Click on “Submit New Vendor”
6. Once submitted, your will see a notice saying “Listing was saved successfully! Now it’s awaiting moderators approval.”
7. A member of the ROCCO team will revise your listing. If all is ok, we will then activate the listing. If not, we will get in contact with you to inform you why your listing has been declined.
8. View your listing on the vendor directory page.
PAID LISTINGS:
5. Fill out the vendor information:
  • Listing Title – This is the name of your vendor
  • Description – Please write information about your vendor
  • Website URL – Please type in the full url for your vendor. (e.g. https://roccoresearch.com)
  • Email address – Please insert an email address you want to be viewed publicly.
  • Phone number – Please insert a phone you want to be viewed publicly.
  • LinkedIn URL – The full URL to your linkedin page
  • Linked in link text – Example: View our linkedin page
  • Facebook and Twitter – The same as for linked in
  • Product & Services – Please click on the area(s) that your vendor offers.
  • Head Office Location – Example: Sydney, Australia
  • Year Founded – Example: 1998
  • No. of employees – Select the option that best describes your vendor.
  • Listing Media – Upload images you want to be viewed on your vendor listing. One of these can be your logo, although you need to click “Set this image as logo”
  • Listing location – Type in the address in the bar. Similar to google maps, it will start to generate options as you type. Please click the best option and click generate on the map. If you wish to add more locations, you can do so by clicking on “add address”.
  • Read the terms of service, and click agree.
  • Click on “Submit New Vendor”
6. you will be taken to our billing page where you should complete the billing information as prompted. Click continue at the bottom.
7 Subscribe using paypal/credit card
8. Once submitted, your will see a notice saying “Listing was saved successfully! Now it’s awaiting moderators approval.”
9. A member of the ROCCO team will revise your listing. If all is ok, we will then activate the listing. If not, we will get in contact with you to inform you why your listing has been declined.
10. View your listing on the vendor directory page.
